How long will it take for order to arrive?
Items ordered online are typically shipped FedEx 2Day Air with direct signature required within 24hrs of placing your order.
Jewelry Special Orders can take 3-5 weeks or longer depending on the piece as most are handmade and take time.
Jewelry and Apparel items are typically shipped shipped FedEx 2Day Air with direct signature required within 24hrs of placing your order.
We DO NOT ship to a PO Box.
What are your shipping rates?
Jewelry shipping rates: FedEx 2Day Air with signature required, $40.
Apparel shipping rates: FedEx 2Day Air with signature required, $40.
Weaving shipping rates: FedEx Ground with signature required, $150.
Kachinas shipping rates: FedEx 2Day Air with signature required, $275.
What is your Return Policy?
Jewelry Return Policy
All sales are final, and no charge card refunds.
Exchanges for store credit only, must have the price tag attached and be received by Malouf on the Plaza within seven (7) business days from date of purchase.
Apparel Return Policy
Regular priced apparel may be returned for store credit with tags attached to garment, and received by Malouf on the Plaza within 7 days of receiving merchandise.
All shipping costs to return merchandise is at the customer’s expense.
No refunds will be allowed on worn, or merchandise without tags attached.
No refunds or returns unless an arrangement in writing (emails) was made with a sales associate prior to
the purchase.
Sale merchandise may not be returned under any condition, unless an arrangement in writing (emails)
was made with a sales associate prior to the purchase. All shipping costs to return merchandise is at the

Do you charge sale tax?
Customer residing out of New Mexico will not be charged sales tax.
Customers residing in New Mexico will be charged the standard tax rate of 8.1875 PLUS shipping rate.
What is your repair policy?
We will repair or replace any defective merchandise within 60 days of purchase.
After 60 days or in the event the customer is responsible for merchandise damage, there will be a repair fee.
Malouf on the plaza works directly with each artist and jeweler repair for repairs therefore, prices may vary.
Can I have my ordered be gift wrapped?
If you wish to have you item gift wrapped, please indicate this in the ‘notes’ section upon placing your order.
